Mall Silks Product – Autumn Oak
Tree, Azalea Bushes, Artificial
Molted Grass
This project showcases how Mall
Silks products can be used even
in a residential setting. Over a
year ago, Mall Silks was
contacted by a home theater
design company to supply
materials for a very cool
project. The client was
designing a home entertainment
room with a forest and cabin
theme. They designed the space
using our products to create a
natural, outdoor look to the
room as if you were watching a
movie under the stars. The
project consisted of two 9.5'
tall Autumn Oak trees
that were made including custom
bases to install them into the
floor of the room, Azalea
bonsai bushes, Olive
Bushes, and Artificial
Molted Grasses. The project
took over 25 hours to build and
was shipped to the client ahead
of schedule. The products will
be enjoyed by the homeowners and
their friends for years to
come.

Mall Silks makes custom size
“trees on real trunks” to
over 30' tall. This project
profile showcases one of our
most popular trees from our
“trees on real trunks” line, the
Shady Lady Olive tree. A
general contractor based in St.
Louis, MO called us earlier this
year to get updated pricing for
an upscale senior living
facility they were working
on. Mall Silks contracted with
them to provide two large 17'
trees.
The trees had to be custom as
well as the steel bases they
were to be displayed in. The
trees consisted of over
23,000 leaves each and the
leaves were inherently fire
retardant to comply with
local fire codes. They were
built in a multi-trunk fashion
using a hardwood trunk and
fabricated limbs. The trees took
over 50 hours to build and
install. They were shipped to
the client on time and a Mall
Silks representative flew to the
installation site to assist as
an installation consultant. The
trees made a wonderful addition
to the décor of this beautiful
facility.

IAAPA trade show in Orlando, FL. We
had many friendly faces as well as new clients
stop by to say hello and talk to us about
upcoming projects for 2012. We look forward to
